4mdPotatoes; 3/4" cubes
1lbChicken breasts;3/4"cubes
2tbOlive oil
1cPrepared tomato salsa
1smCan corn drained

Microwave potatoes 8 - 10 minutes until tender. While potatoes cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5 minutes. Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add salsa and corn;toss until heated through. Time: 20 minutes.
